Troubleshooting In-wall Accessory Dimmer

I cannot pair my Accessory Dimmer to the Halo Home app.

Potential Cause   Resolution
Accessory Dimmer is not wired properly   Reference the Accessory Dimmer in your product box to ensure the Accessory Dimmer is installed and wired properly
Bluetooth radio is turned off on mobile phone   Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your mobile device


One or more of the lighting fixtures I'm trying to control is not responding properly.

Potential Cause   Resolution
Smart LED lighting fixture is not powered   Make sure each lighting fixture you want to control with the Accessory Dimmer has power
