My HALO Home Voice will not connect to my HALO Home Voice App. What should I do?

Make sure you are connecting your mobile device to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and that you are within 35 feet of the HALO Home Voice during the setup process. If the device does not appear, turn off and then restore the power to the HALO Home Voice. Wait 1 minute and then try to connect to it again.
